U Bolts

The Dale Company, Inc. offers the following U-bolt configurations: standard, poly-coated, long tangent, and custom. Poly-coated U bolts have tremendous abrasion resistance, minimum tensile strengths of 1500 PSI, and 300% minimum elongations. These bolts feature thermo-plastic UV pipe coatings, a low co-efficient of friction, seamless/cross-linked polyolefin technology, and pipe hanger applications.

Anrock Hardware Corp. offers round and right angle bend U-bolts.

Wichard, Inc. offers standard and watertight U-bolts. Standard U-bolts have functional loads ranging from 1320 to 17600 lbs, breaking loads ranging from 2200 to 26450 lbs, and diameters ranging from 5/32" to 15/32". They have applications for fender guides, kicking straps, boom brakes, barber haulers, and running rigging. Watertight U-bolts feature UV-resistant rubber collars that eliminate the need for waterproof sealants.

Fastenal offers U-bolts in a wide range of styles. Bolts have diameter ranges from 1/4" to 1", pipe sizes ranging from 1/4" to 36", and they are constructed from steel, 304/316 stainless steel, and aluminum materials.

The Dyson Corporation offers closed wire rope U-bolt assemblies. These assemblies are constructed from stainless steel, alloy, and carbon materials. They have Class 2A and unified national coarse threading.

Grainger Industrial Supply offers a wide range of U-bolt configurations, including: square, round, square bend, cushioned, long tangent, etc. These bolts have thread sizes ranging from 1/4" to 20", inside lengths ranging from 1-1/4" to 9-53/64", and pipe sizes ranging from 1" to 3-1/2". Bolts are constructed from carbon steel, steel, electro-galvanized steel, 304/316 SS, aluminum, and low carbon steel materials. They have plastic, stainless, black oxide, plain, and zinc finishes.
